The Banana Goes From Pink to Pilgrim in Second Life

The Pilgrim’s Dawn (moderate)

When last we visited Banana Isle the build was called Pangloss and it was very pink. Bowie Zeplin’s creation quickly became a favourite destination, but like all artists who have moods and periods, the island is now very different.

Bowie now calls it The Pilgrim’s Dawn and it’s a pastoral beauty with some intriguing elements thrown in.

The sheep appear to be missing their shepherd so, if you’re looking for an inworld occupation, I’d go make friends with them.

There is a lot to see and the variety is impressive – it all works together as a peaceful and inviting landscape.

You’ll find wildlife (as well as the sheep) and I discovered one tiny pink bird who seems to have managed to survive the wholesale transition.

There isn’t a lot of work going on. In addition to the missing shepherd, I found this one character who put down his pitchfork and decided to read sad poetry.

Everybody needs a break. I think you’ll enjoy this one. :)
